Peter Scott has liked to a new(ish) library type site/blog LibGig . Claims to be a new professional networking website. Nice idea, but think they need to add some non US blogs to their reading list.

CILIP Information & Advice Team have launched a blog. “It is an informal way to offer members the chance to keep up-to-date with LIS news and information that does not fit into our ‘Weekly Information World’ and that we think you need to know now! Apart from breaking news, we will be including comments on new resources we see, such as e-journal articles, blogs, books, events etc…” Well, better late then never …

Apparently CC has hired another blogger. As of Monday our Finance info peeps are to be joined by the man behind this blog . Of course, I’m not hurt at all by the fact there seem to be no mention of the overlord on his blog - some of the other contributors here, are mentioned though.
