A company called Coke Cola Limited has been ordered to change its name and pay £700 to the Coca-Cola Company in the first ruling issued by the UK’s newly-formed Company Names Tribunal. The ruling is the first from a Company Names Adjudicator, a role established under powers contained in the Companies Act 2006 that came into force on 1st October. http://www.ipo.gov.uk/o31808.pdf

BSI British Standards has published BS 10008: Evidential weight and legal admissibility of electronic information – Specification. The standard sets out the requirements for the implementation and operation of electronic information management systems, including the storage and transfer of information, and addresses issues relating to authenticity and integrity of information.
